A wide range of delicious flavours We think all our ice cream flavours are delicious. But it's the Toffee & Fudge and the Cookies & Cream that have won gold medals for best ice cream in the National Ice Cream Awards. Being judged best in the country was a ringing endorsement of our approach to ice cream. As former dairy farmers, we know our ingredients. And we insist on using the best. Most of our flavours come from Italy and all our products are made in small batches in our tiny unit just behind our café in Helmsley, North Yorkshire . Because we're a specialist company, we can experiment with new flavours and combinations. And because we love ice cream, we're perfectly happy to keep testing and tasting until we're absolutely sure they're good enough. |
