Ryeburn of Helmsley's production manager David Otterburn gave free reign to his creative (and romantic) side recently, when he created a five-tier ice cream wedding cake for an ice cream-loving bridal pair.

Fame at Last
Ever tried to squeeze a film crew and celebrity presenter into a very small chocolate-making room? Possibly not. But that was the challenge facing the Ryeburn of Helmsley team when the BBC turned up to film there in September.

Chocs away - it's Christmas!
In late summer, most people are still emptying the sand out of their sandals and attempting to consume that 'delicious' local tipple they brought back, before giving in to the realisation that it just doesn't taste the same in the chilly British climate and shoving it to the back of the drinks cabinet.
